Job Title: Software Architect
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Work Arrangement: Hybrid In-Office
As a Software Architect you will define and own the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our engineering organisation as we transform how we build software through AI and agentic engineering. You will lead architectural decision-making, establish the patterns and standards our teams build on, and ensure our fintech platform is scalable, secure and built to last— while championing AI code generation, spec-driven development, and agentic workflows to enable exceptional team velocity without compromising quality.
You will work on shaping the technical direction of a fast-growing fintech, whilst partnering closely with Product Management, engineering leadership and our SDET teams to align technical solutions with business needs and to embed quality and testability as first-class architectural concerns. You’ll stay close to the code—producing reference implementations, proofs of concept and clear architecture documentation that bring your designs to life.
About Us: Recently ranked #482 on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States, Biller Genie is an award-winning B2B SaaS platform that is entering the Belfast market with ambitious plans to scale our team rapidly, with over 100 hires planned through 2028.
