We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Cloud Technology to oversee and lead our entire technology stack, from our Salesforce CRM SDLC to our identity management and device procurement initiatives. This senior leadership role will oversee the Director of IT, Director of Salesforce Operations, and the future Director of Cloud Software, ensuring alignment and prioritization across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, identity management, and technology deployment, with a vision for building a world-class IT environment across our operations in the United States and the UK. This role is an on-site position, requiring 5 days a week in the office. Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT, Salesforce Operations, and Cloud Software teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee team prioritization and resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives and project goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including identity management, single sign-on solutions, and device procurement.
  • Manage and optimize Ubiquiti networking infrastructure and JumpCloud IDM and DDM solutions.
  • Develop and implement cloud technology solutions, including calendaring systems (ChiliPiper), customer experience platforms, and phone systems (Zoom), and over 50 other cloud technologies.
  • Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth execution and rollout of cloud initiatives and optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Establish and enforce standards, processes, and policies for cloud technology initiatives and infrastructure management.
  • Monitor compliance with best practices and industry standards in all technology deployments.
  • Interface directly with the CEO and other executives to provide insights and recommendations on cloud technology strategy and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on technology performance, project status, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth within the technology team, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards, ensuring that technical writing from the development team is transformed into actionable training materials for the organization.
  • Conduct workshops with staff to gather insights on needs, suggest new features, and drive innovation that enhances user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology management, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and IT operations.
  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in identity management, single sign-on solutions, and device procurement processes.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms, including experience with tools such as ChiliPiper and Zoom.
  • Experience managing Salesforce CRM implementations and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while holding them accountable for performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving results.
