In this role, you will be expected to: 

  • Call and nurture new leads immediately upon receipt 
  • Provide virtual demos to prospective clients and convert them into new accounts 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the system and submit bug and feature requests as appropriate 
  • Upsell software features to existing clients 
  • Test new software features before public release 
  • Cold call when there is down time 
  • Find creative new ways to generate leads 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity 
  • Be adaptive and strike a good balance between speed and efficiency 
  • 90% hands-on inside sales and account management 
  • Provide backup for the support team when needed 
  • Perform other duties required by Management 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands on inside sales or account management experience 
  • Extensive knowledge of prospecting and closing strategies 
  • Ability to perform in a high-energy high-expectation environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic 
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
