We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team full-time in our Orlando office. This role requires a proactive individual with deep expertise in financial operations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will oversee a wide range of responsibilities including billing, payroll, vendor management, audits, and intercompany transactions across the US and UK. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing processes, month-end billing adjustments, voids, and refunds.
  • Handle ad-hoc commissions, chargebacks, and payroll processing, including integration with Insperity and other payroll systems.
  • Administer and reconcile residuals, R&D tax credits, and deal audits.
  • Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, maintain vendor and personnel files.
  • Ensure intercompany invoice processing and compliance with transfer pricing policies between UK and US entities.
  • Track and process travel and tradeshow-related expenditures.
  • Maintain up-to-date subscriber address records across all systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of financial management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR platforms such as Insperity.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting, vendor contracts, and financial audits.
  • Proficient in financial software tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across global teams.
