We are looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Solutions Director to manage a dynamic team of admins and lead our architecture and development strategy through our next phase of growth. This role will be split equally between individual contributions and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of the entire Salesforce SDLC; from collaborating with key stakeholders to architecting scalable features and being accountable for your team’s execution through a CI/CI pipeline.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a Salesforce pod, including 2-3 admins and a QA specialist, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the Salesforce SDLC, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Technology to architect scalable features and establish a robust CI/CD pipeline.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools, working closely with the VP of Technology to define expectations for design patterns, QA tests, documentation, and training.
  • Conduct hands-on development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, while also being accountable for the output of junior admins.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, facilitating their professional growth and skill development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Salesforce initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management, with a focus on SDLC and team leadership.  Agency experience a huge plus.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with a track record of successful implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
